When you contact us — through the quote form on this website, by email, by phone, or on social media — we collect the details you choose to give us. Typically that's your name, phone number, email address, and information about the furniture or project you're enquiring about, including any photos you send.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you engage us to do. That includes contacting you about your job, arranging site visits or delivery, and issuing invoices.
When you send an enquiry through the form on our contact page, it is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that forwards the submission to our email inbox. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Aside from the form-delivery service described above, we only share it where necessary to complete your job — for example, with a delivery contractor — or where we are required to by law.
